Organic Pu-Ehr Tea

Pu-ehr tea (普洱茶 Pǔ’ěr Chá), originating from Yunnan, China, and Northern Thailand. There are two types: Sheng or Raw (普洱生茶 (Pǔ’ěr Shēng Chá), which naturally ages and develops flavor over time and has a lighter, more golden hue color, and has a fresh, slightly astringent taste that evolves with aging. Second type is Shu or Ripe (普洱熟茶 (Pǔ’ěr Shú Chá), known for its accelerated fermentation, offering a richer bold, earthy flavor with notes of wood, with dark reddish-brown color, almost resembling coffee. Our store features exquisite Pu’er varieties from both China and Thailand, each embodying the rich tea heritage of its region.
