Honey Wild Black tea 2024 (Gu Shu Shaihong Cha)

Honey Wild Black Tea 2024 (古树晒红茶 2024) harvested from ancient wild tea trees in WaWee Village, Chiang Rai, at an altitude of approximately 1,200 meters, Honey Wild Black Tea 2024 (Gu Shu Shaihong Cha) is a rare, handcrafted black tea that embodies the essence of untouched nature. The tea is plucked by hand from wild trees aged up to 650 years, ensuring only the finest leaves are selected for processing.

Following traditional methods, the tea undergoes full oxidation before being naturally sun-dried (Shaihong process), allowing its complex flavors to develop. The result is a golden-amber infusion with a smooth, honeyed sweetness, balanced by deep maltiness and delicate notes of dried fruit and wildflowers. Its velvety texture and layered taste make it a truly exceptional black tea.

This tea has been recognized for its outstanding quality, winning the prestigious Gold Prize at the World Green Tea Contest 2024, further cementing its status as one of Thailand’s finest black teas.
